Coworking in Novi Sad and Belgrade: 2026 Prices and What's Included

A desk at MAXIMUM coworking costs from 12 € per day and from 150 € per month without a monitor. With a monitor, prices start at 15 € per day and 180 € per month. The price includes internet, a kitchen with tea and coffee, document scanning, meeting rooms for members and access to a community of entrepreneurs.

We have two locations in Serbia: our main space in Novi Sad and an office in Belgrade. Below are the 2026 rates, what exactly you get for the money and how to choose the right format.

Two locations

Novi Sad, Železnička 20. Our main space in the city centre. Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00. Our lawyers and accountants work here too, children's classes run in the same building, and this is where the resident community gathers.

Belgrade, Kralja Milana 15a. An office in the centre, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Individual desks are currently available. If Belgrade suits you better, get in touch and a manager will suggest a format and confirm current terms.

The rest of this article describes how things work in Novi Sad: that is our main space and the one we can describe in detail. For Belgrade, please confirm terms and availability with a manager. We handle enquiries for both cities the same way.

2026 rates

We do not sell one universal membership. There are several formats, built around different working rhythms: from a single visit between meetings to a permanent desk every day.

Desks (Novi Sad)

Note the logic behind the packages. A day costs 12 €, a month costs 150 €. Counted across calendar days, the monthly membership works out at roughly 5 € per day, more than twice as cheap as a single visit. The 5, 10 and 15 day packages are not tied strictly to the calendar, which suits people who do not come in every day.

For teams of 3 or more, terms are agreed individually and discounts start at 10%.

Meeting rooms

There are three meeting rooms in Novi Sad: MEETINGS ROOM on the first floor, AUDIO ROOM and CONFERENCE ROOM with an interactive screen on the second. For members with an active membership, meeting rooms are included. Everyone else pays an hourly rate, and current figures are on the pricing page.

What's included

Internet and workspace. Desk, chair, power sockets, stable internet. A monitor comes with the corresponding rate.

Kitchen. Water, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are free, with no limit on how many cups you drink.

Printing and scanning. Free for members with an active membership. For everyone else: scanning is free, black and white printing costs 10 RSD per page, colour 25 RSD per page. For anyone preparing documents for the APR business registry or the MUP immigration office, this saves trips to a copy shop.

Meeting rooms. Included for members, which sets us apart from spaces where every client meeting is billed separately.

Community. Entrepreneurs, developers, designers and consultants work here, many of whom have been through relocating and starting a business in Serbia. This is the kind of place where the answer to a question about taxes or schools comes over lunch rather than for a fee.

Storage. A locker costs 1,200 RSD per month, if you would rather not carry a laptop and documents back and forth every day.

Weekly events, meetups and talks

This is the part that does not appear on a price list, yet it is why many people stay.

Every week the space hosts events: tech meetups, designer gatherings, talks by psychologists, workshops, seminars on doing business and paying taxes in Serbia, Serbian language conversation sessions and networking evenings. Topics rotate, so you can pick a schedule that suits you: come for a talk on software development one week and a session about relocating with children the next.

We also take part in international initiatives. On European Coworking Day the space opens its doors to everyone: talks, workshops and introductions to residents and their projects.

For events we have a conference room with equipment and technical support, plus an audio studio for recording podcasts and video. Why this is worth weighing when choosing a coworking space: a desk can be found anywhere, but an environment where someone shares their experience of business, hiring or relocation every week is rarer.

How to choose a rate

You are passing through or between meetings. Take an hour or a day. The hourly rate works well when you need to take a call in peace or finish a task without spending half a day in a café.

You are testing the city before moving. The 5 day package lets you work out whether the city and the format suit you before committing to anything longer.

You work from home, but not every day. The 10 and 15 day packages cover the weeks when home does not work: relatives are visiting, there is building work, or you simply need a change of scene twice a week.

You work every day. The monthly membership. It has the lowest cost per day, and it is the tier that unlocks meeting rooms at no extra charge.

You are coming with a team. Let's talk. From three people, terms are calculated individually.

If you are unsure, start with a single day. It is the most honest way to assess a space: see the light, the noise level, the internet and the people around you before paying for a month.

Novi Sad or Belgrade

The choice between cities usually comes down to where you live and where your business is, rather than to the coworking space itself.

Belgrade is the capital, with the international airport, most embassies and the head offices of large companies. If you need regular flights, consular appointments or meetings with major Serbian counterparts, the logistics are simpler from here.

Novi Sad is more compact and calmer, and crossing the city takes minutes rather than hours. The community here is closely connected, and most of our infrastructure sits in one building: desks, meeting rooms, lawyers, accountants and children's classes.

If you have not settled on a city yet, come for a few days and work in both. That is exactly what the 5 day package is for.

Registered address and mail

The service people come to us for most often: a registered business address for a sole proprietorship or a company. It costs 5,000 RSD per month and covers not only the address for the APR registry but also the handling of your mail. When a letter arrives from the Tax Administration or a business partner, you get a Telegram notification and a scanned copy the same day.

This matters, because a missed letter from the Tax Administration turns into deadlines and penalties, and an envelope sitting in someone else's mailbox is not an excuse. You can read more about company registration on our business services page.

The registered address can be arranged separately: you do not need to hold a desk membership alongside it.

Coworking or your own office

A short comparison for anyone weighing the two.

Your own office means a lease usually for a year, a deposit, utility bills, furniture, internet, cleaning and dealing with a landlord. It makes sense when you have a stable team of five or more and clear plans at least a year ahead.

Coworking means one fixed payment with everything included, and the freedom to leave or add desks without negotiations or losing a deposit. For a freelancer, a small team, and anyone in their first year in a new country, it is considerably calmer.

There is a third option: a registered address without a desk. It suits people who work from home but still need somewhere to register the business and receive official mail.

The difference is not only financial. Running your own office takes attention that, in your first year here, is better spent on clients than on finding an electrician.
