Relocating e-commerce to Serbia cannot be explained with a slide. We built a live-lab demo stand on Altrp: goods move, money calculates, taxes are visible.

What shipped: local goods plus Printify for US/CA/AU; RSD, EUR, USD; Stripe and PayPal; geo duties; password access for B2B demos. Budget €680, 4–6 weeks, RU/SR/EN.
